Using new technologies, the facade of the houses, ornamental decor and stylised ethnographic motifs of 1905 were restored, and the entire building was completely reconstructed. The block features 80 apartments of various formats and sizes: from one-room apartments of 26 sq.m to multi-room apartments of 97 sq.m. The interior and layout are based on the functional aspects of a modern lifestyle. Natural elements, high-quality textiles and finishing materials create a unique atmosphere of comfort and coziness.
